Terms of Service
Estimate:
1.
We will contact
you concerning when your estimate will be performed.
$20 Special:
1.
We will email you with the
timeframe of when we will be there. (Between 1-4 days is typical.)
2.
After performing the service, we
will send you a quote for continuing service via email. If you wish to continue, simply sign and
return the quote.
3.
We will send a bill for the
first $20 cut along with any other services performed.
4.
If we haven't received your $20
payment within 30 days of performing the service, you will owe fees for late
payment ($5 per month) in addition to the $20.
5.
$20 price applies
to lawns 10,000 sq. ft. or less. If the
area is over 10,000 sq. ft, we will try to keep the price at $20. If we can’t, we will contact you with a
different price.
6.
Bagging and/or
double-cutting is not included. If the
lawn is overgrown and these services are necessary, we will contact you with a
price.
$30 Special:
1.
We will email you a confirmation
along with the timeframe of when we will be there.
2.
We will apply the appropriate
fertilizer and or weed control depending on the time of the year.
3.
We will send a bill for the
first $30 service along with any other services performed.
4.
Important: We
will leave a contract at your property. With this contract, there will
be an option to decline further services or to choose a Lawn Treatment
program. If this is not returned within 30 days, we will continue with
the basic Lawn Treatment package.
5.
If we haven't received your $30 payment
within 30 days of performing the service, you will owe fees for late payment
($5 per month) in addition to the $30.
